2014 Fashion Week Trend Report: Sporty
The Sporty Trend
Finally! We can now wear sweatshirts and varsity jackets and turn them into a fashion statement. The "Chic and Comfortable" look was on the runways at New York's Fashion Week.
This look was seen at the last NYFW in designer Alexander Wang's show. The sheer fabrics gives it a sporty, jersey look in a unique way. It is paired with dressy knit shorts and a thick platform heels.
Sheer fabric was spotted at the 3.1 Phillip Lim runway show made onto a silk sweatshirt. A colored pastel yellow (another trend) was put together with it. It was finished off with runner inspired glass and studded heels.
Topshop Figured out five ways to wear an average grey sweatshirt.
Bye-bye Moto leather jackets, and say Hello to the cool bomber jackets. Sporty details like bomber jackets are in the top Spring 2014 fashion trends. It was first seen in the new Marc by Marc Jacobs collection.
For an even more simple sporty look, choose a cropped and boxy jacket, like the ones featured in Rebecca Minkoff and Barbara Bui collections.

Valentine's Day Decor Ideas
Pinterest has a million and one decorating ideas to offer for the upcoming holiday Valentines Day! It is the day you get the chance to really express how much you love a person as well as telling them that you love them.
I am starting a new project this year and it is to decorate my room according to the season. I can not wait to put all the hearts, candy, flowers and other decor pieces around my room. I found a few ideas on Pinterest and YouTube.

Small Beauty Haul
Today, I decided to shop at target for more makeup to build my collection. Target's clearance section offers the best deals. I purchased the popular NYX jumbo eye pencils for $4.98 and their Mega Lip Gloss for the same price. One single lip gloss and eye pencil cost about $5 for each. yet you can get three for the price of one! There was another set of mascara (which was really needed) on clearance for for the same price as stated above. This brand is by Rimmel London. What a deal! I checked out the E.L.F makeup section and bought a set of individual lashes for only a $1.
Next door was a clothing store that I rarely go into called Dots. They had a buy a fragrance, get another fragrance half off. I picked out the dupe of the Viva La Juicy purfume and a dupe for Victoria Secret's purfume. One costed $5 and the other cost $2.50. The smell last long and are just like the real thing. I bought a set of unique studs and a knitted headband.
What Is Success?
I like to set goals for myself in order to have satisfaction with myself. So far, I have accomplished a lot during my years in high school and I want to continue to do so for the rest of my life. I know that I can conquer any and everything as along as I put my heart and soul into it.
The word success is what keeps me going in life. I want to look back on everything I succeeded in and feel delighted and proud of the successful woman I knew I could be.
