It doesn't matter how ugly you think something is, once Christine Centenera wears it, the whole world wants it. Take these Haider Ackermann boots she has on in the above pic, shoe brands have taken the design and put their on twist on it. Everyone once went crazy for the Balenciaga cut-out biker boots, and now it seems the new boots on everyone's wish list are these. My favourite "inspired" pair, in this case, are actually the cheapest - the Choies version - which look the most similar to the Ackermann original. French Attire

I love love love Emmanuelle Alt. She is one of my new style icons. I believe she was the one who created the “French Uniform”. This uniform is exactly what every woman needs in her closet to have timeless style.

What you need is the following…

• skinny jeans (blue, black and white)
• a magnificently tailored black blazer
• striped vest/t-shirt
• denim shirt
• cashmere and a chunky knit (black, grey or/and camel)
• distressed boyfriend jeans
• white shirt
• black pumps/heels
• gold watch
• basic oversize Tees (white, black, grey)
• black pencil skirt
• leather jacket
• ankle boots
• an immaculate quality coat (black, grey or/and camel)
• Ray-ban (wayfarer or aviator)

First of all the “French Uniform” is all about quality. Cheap fabrics just wont do. Think tweed, cashmere, wool, silk and real leather. The pieces are timeless classics. If it has a good label like Hermes or Balmain, you’re hitting the nail on the head. The look is effortless. Less is more when it comes to accessories. Just a bracelet or a watch will do. Hair is messy, makeup is always natural and skin has a sun kissed glow. You should look like you just threw something on. Last but not least the wardrobe colours are neutral. Think black (most important), denim, white, grey, camel.

Fashionable Celebs: Lupita Nyong'o

When I saw Lupita Nyong’o on the red carpet at the Golden Globes, I had one long word — YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! Everything about her look was perfect.  The Ralph Lauren cape dress fit like a dream but her flawless natural makeup, understated accessories and expertly styled natural hair made the dress even more breathtaking. This is the perfect modern twist to an evening gown.

Trendsetters: Ashley Madekwe

I remember watching Revenge for the first time on E4 and being hooked from the offset.
I also remember being enticed by the cool British girl with the gorgeous style and real accent. It's not often Brit's get to play themselves on US shows.

 Ashley Madekwe not only appears flawless on the show (save for the moments where you were so sure she was conspiring against her friend Emily), her style and beauty are amplified outside of the ABC programs as well. 

Once I found her blog, I was truly in awe (and may have developed a huge girl crush on the actress/style icon) and I couldn't tear myself away from it.

(Image 4) I adored this jumpsuit so much the first time I saw it, I snapped it up quick in the sale once Topshop reduced the price. You can imagine how thrilled I am to know that Ash has worn this, right?

This must be one of my favourite outfits of hers, it's absolutely stunning and feminine. It's a nice change from what we usually see Ashley wear, a stark contrast from her mostly black and red attire.

I love the amount of Topshop clothing she wears, she may throw the odd piece in with a pair of YSL heels and I think that's fantastic. There is nothing better than mixing high end and high street fashion, especially when you have the power that Ashley does with her strong following. 

I may also be slightly in love with the amount of times we see her wearing heels. I really wish it was acceptable for me to live in them.

Review: L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Nail Polish

For the autumn and winter season, these two shades are heavenly. They are great everyday colors and look great added with a nude nail polish to create designs. I love L'Oreal nail polishes so i'm not disappointed in any way with the consistency or the quality of the product. Listed below are the two colors I purchased. They do dry very quickly and lasts for at least 5-6 days. 

Paparazzi Pleaser

It has a dark creamy purple shade. As soon as I put it on, I loved it. I guess that's why they call it Paparazzi pleaser, It's flash friendly. With no shimmer or glitter. This matte/cream polish shows pigment in one - two coats.

Now You See Me

This was another color I really liked. Darker then Club Prive and more of a blue to me than green. It's just a really pretty and calm color. It's flattering on all skill colors. One - two coats needed.

Before I even opened the box, I notice the message on the side said

 "36% of what you remove while shaving is Skin"

I was a little grossed out by the message, but I am glad to hear that this product by Dove will help our skin repair itself. This product truly is a great product for anyone that shaves their underarms on a regular. I just shaved my underarms a few days ago and added a layer of this deodorant to test out what it feels like. It feels extremely moisturize and smooth. That is because of Dove's NutriumMoisture that protects the skin and and the regrowth of it. 

I even love the frosted container. Its not like their other deodorants. My second favorite part is the smell! It smells like Heaven on Earth! When I walked by some of my family members, they complimented me on my scent, and I knew it was from the deodorant. It is not pungent nor overwhelming. It actually fragrant and fresh. It rolls on great too. I expect it to last for 2-3 months.

I went to Target again and found the display of Dove's new line of products and was amazed to see that they were already there. This product is well worth it's price.

I showed my friends and family that use Dove products religiously and they went bonkers. My close friend was happy to know that they came in her favorite scent Pomegranate and my Grandma wanted to take my review product because she loved it so much!

I hope to receive the Dove brand badge on Influenster because I love trying their new products and using them for a healthier me.
