I used the CC cream on freshly washed skin, and as a moisturizer and brightener. It worked pretty well, it's quite thick but it rubs in easily. The color in the beginning was to light for my dark completion. The longer I waiting the faster it found it's ideal shade. I used my fingers to place the cc cream under my eyes, cheeks, forehead and chin. Then I used my beauty blinder to blend it into my skin. After blending it into my skin, my color finally matched. (not like Casper!) The CC cream self adjusts and leave skin bright and even. Personally I don't think I'd wear this CC cream on a daily basis as an alternative to my mineral foundation as I found it a fraction to light and I like more coverage. But I would use it as a concealer and primer for skin. It can be worn under other make up!
